FLEXcon Company, Inc., the leading global manufacturer of coated and laminated films and adhesives, is seeking an outstanding HR COE Manager, to lead the Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, HRIS and Learning & Development Department and assist the entire organization as it implements new lean operational processes and a HRBP/COE (Center of Excellence) Model. This role reports to the VP of HR and Marketing Communications and is based at FLEXcon’s headquarters in Spencer, Massachusetts.
As a member of the HR Leadership team the HR COE Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the COE set of services (compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS and training and organizational design), providing expertise, leadership and development of the COE team. You will play a leadership role in the transitioning the HR department to the HRBP/COE model while effectively assisting the business as it goes through significant changes through in the design and delivery of effective COE programs and services.
