  • Position Overview

    As an Outside Sales Representative with FLEXcon, you will have the opportunity to cultivate existing relationships, develop new business and provide innovative solutions to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and yours! 

    This role would be based out of your home within 50 miles of Baltimore/DC and would cover the territoy of MD, VA, West VA and select accounts in Southeaster PA.

    • Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 – 3 years industry field experience or high school diploma/equivalent with 3 – 5 years industry field knowledge
    • Knowledge of films, topcoats, adhesives and liners to provide unique solutions for the printing and converting markets
    • Industrial sales experience a plus
    • Possess a current and valid state driver’s license
    • Cold calling experience a definite plus
    • Professionalism, high energy and excellent communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
    • Ability to travel by car frequently and by plane 4 – 6 times per year
