As a Regional Sales Manager with FLEXcon, you will have the ability to manage, mentor and develop a team of up to 6 sales representatives to expand sales at existing accounts and to prospect to identify, develop and grow new accounts. You will be instrumental in participating in annual planning meetings to help set company budget and SDP (strategic deployment process) initiatives. Active participant in prioritizing key business opportunities that will meet / exceed budgeted revenue and margin targets. This role would be based out of your home in the Greater Boston or Worcester Area and would cover the Northeastern states and the province of Ontario, Canada.
