It's an exciting time at FLEXcon as we continue our lean transformation and have the need for a Financial Analyst III that preferably has direct experience in a manufacturing environment. This opportunity is located at our headquarters in Spencer, MA. The incumbent will be a key member of the Finance Department and directly aligned to be a strategic partner for a defined business unit. The Financial Analyst will take the initiative in Analysis, Pricing, Planning and Reporting, address all relevant items with an exceptionally high degree of accuracy, make actionable recommendations, and implement them.

This role would be based out of your home East of San Francisco Bay (Almeda or Contra Costa County) and would cover North to Sacramento, South to Bakersfield and East to Reno.

Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the individual in this position will manage resources on the day shift, both during the week and weekend.

The successful candidate will be someone who has experience in leading and managing manufacturing Lean transformation, including the development of strategy and leading & managing implementation, coaching teams and developing performance metrics.
FLEXcon Company, Inc., the leading global manufacturer of coated and laminated films and adhesives, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer at their headquarters in Spencer, MA who will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading existing systems, evaluating, selecting and/or designing new systems. Identify and implement improvement projects for overall cost saving opportunities. Oversee projects that require a high level of interaction with many different trades, engineers and departments. Provide technical support to production to ensure reliability and capability of equipment.
